Can I switch back later easily to Win copy handler?

Postby pstein » Wed Jan 29, 2014 6:08 am

As far as I understand Ultracopier cannot exists parallel to the "normal" default Windows copy handler.

So I cannot try it out like other copy products (e.g.TeraCopy) without touching a core function of Windows.

However I am willing to give ultracopier a try.

But I want to be sure that I can later switch back to the default Windows copy handler without problems.
Is this really possible WITHOUT having to deal with the Win7 64bit installation CD?

I prefer urgently to just uninstall UltraCopier and then AUTOMATICALLY and without additional manual re-install/repair steps the old Win 7 copy handler should become active again.

Can someone confirm this.

Thank you

Hello,

Ultracopier use just a plugin into the file explorer, when you deinstall, Ultracopier is removed and the plugin disabled (remain locked by the explorer process and can't be removed until the reboot).
When you have removed the Ultracopier, no trace into the system of Ultracopier.
But you can just by simple click on the icon, disable the plugin to switch on normal copy/move of windows.
