Language Translations

Hy,
to have it on other Languages, can you open/upload your Languagesfiles
to possible us/free Translaters to make translations ?
(So it is possible too for Donations .. in all world! From Germany to China and Russia to African too)
And maby by side a make Translationstread on this Forum for comunications about
the translations. In this Tread you can upload the Lang-files and Stick this post .
So you become more Users who can use this programm by his
own Language.
